The courses offered by Medical training Solutions are taught in accordance with the Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines, ensuring the teaching is standardised. Both advanced life support courses (ALS 1 and ALS 2) are recognised throughout Australia.
Our Paediatric Advanced Life Support, PIVC / IO / BC, and Acute Wound Management and Closure courses are endorsed by ACN.according to our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Endorsed Course Standards. They have allocated CPD hours according to the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia – Continuing Professional Development Standard.

The one-day ALS1 ARC accredited course covers advanced life support training specifically designed for healthcare personnel who require more advanced skills than those taught in a basic life support course.

This is not the nationally accredited APLS course. The one-day Paediatric Advanced Life Support course aims to provide healthcare professionals who have expertise in fields other than paediatrics but are occasionally tasked with attending to a sick child in a pre-hospital or clinical setting. These situations necessitate enhanced skills and self-assurance, prompting the need for additional training.
